How to use NASDAQ 100 hedger position

I don't care what's the logic behind the chart. I found it works in the following two cases:

When market up huge, if I see smart money huge short, best if new record short, then I know a short-term pullback is due soon.
When market down, if I see smart money suddenly rises from very negative to very positive value, then I know the pullback was over.

So I only use this chart for the above 2 cases. Besides those 2 cases, it means nothing to me. i.e. the absolute value of this chart means nothing to me, I only care if it rises sharply or drops sharply.

10.15.2014今天符合panic day的一切特征。全盘买入。
注意panic day适合大盘急跌的情况。还要一种是大盘慢跌。这个时候一般没有panic day。但时间要长，让散户绝望割肉。panic day是让人们恐怖而割肉.
回调位置看下跌中间休息的地方。也就是1950附近注意观察，如果快速没有回调通过，就继续持有。下午2-3点附近操作。如果当天下跌出掉一半。否则继续持有。

重新温习一下panic day：
1. 大盘连续大幅下跌三天以上
2. 下跌过程中，有一次到两次的假反弹
3.panic 当天大盘急剧下跌。然后午后快速被拉回。同时大盘放巨量。
以上就可以确认1-2个月的底部形成了。
